1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the sale of surveillance CCTV equipment and security documents (“Products”) by Tendo, a company registered in the United Kingdom. By purchasing from Tendo, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Orders and Payment
2.1 All orders are subject to acceptance by Tendo.
2.2 Prices are as quoted on the website or in relevant documentation and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.
2.3 Payment must be made in full prior to shipping unless agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Delivery
3.1 Delivery times are estimates only. Tendo is not liable for delays beyond its control.
3.2 Risk in the Products passes to the buyer on delivery.

4. Returns and Refunds
4.1 Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt if the Products are unused and in original packaging.
4.2 Custom or specially ordered security documents are non-refundable.

5. Warranty
5.1 Tendo warrants CCTV equipment against defects for a specified period as stated in the product documentation.
5.2 Tendo does not warrant security documents beyond ensuring they comply with applicable standards.

6. Liability
6.1 To the extent permitted by law, Tendo’s liability for any claim shall be limited to the purchase price paid.
6.2 Tendo will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use or inability to use Products.

7. Compliance and Legal Use
7.1 It is the buyer’s responsibility to comply with laws and regulations related to the use of surveillance and security products.
7.2 Tendo disclaims any liability arising from illegal or improper use of its Products.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Privacy
Tendo will handle personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms
Tendo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
